GOAL:
Office Staff basic IT Training to reduce reliance on and cost of third party support for Small and Medium Size Businesses (SMB's).
WebMakers Inc. offers Staff Training as part of its regular Consulting and Support services. This means that during our visits to your location we will train the clients' staff to handle IT related issues internally.
When we are called out on a service call by the client, we make note of what type of call it is. If it is a call that can be handled by the clients' staff, we make every effort to educate and train the staff to diagnose and solve such issues internally.
---> This has multiple advantages.
  • The response time to get the issue fixed is smaller as the person is already on site.
  • The cost is reduced as there is no additional cost to a third party.
  • Increased productivity is achieved by being able to solve the issue quicker and therefore get work done on time.
  • Money saved for regular minor issues can be used to invest in major projects or other issues that cannot be handled internally.


We do not want to say that there is no reason to call WebMakers Inc. for minor issues but our experience has shown us that clients do like the independence that training gives them and they appreciate that WebMakers Inc. takes the time to take the myth and complexity out of everyday computer work.

The past has shown us that most clients are very receptive to such an approach and they have let us know that this method has helped them be more confident with their PCs because of the training and therefore also they also experience increased productivity in other areas which do not initially seem related to the IT infrastructure.
