WebMakers Inc. provides small and medium businesses with professional, reliable, dependable and intuitive consulting solutions. Our initial approach is to get to know you, the client. For the first couple of meetings there is absolutely no charge. In these initial meetings it is our aim to find out:
- how you operate
- how you plan on achieving your goals
- how you have set up your IT environment
- how you came up with solutions in the past
and
- introduce WebMakers Inc. as an asset to reach your goals

WebMakers Inc. started out, as did so many other companies, from the IT field in the mid 1990s as a web development company. From the beginning we realized very quickly that there was more to the business than just building web sites. In order to build successful solutions for our clients, we first had to get to know them. Without that knowledge, it is hard to come up with a great concept for a web presence.
Focusing on that knowledge, clients also started to ask us about other IT related matters with regard to their business. So from that point on WebMakers Inc. got involved with assisting the client with implementing new solutions and also properly using their current IT infrastructure.
In order to be effective as well as giving the client real solutions that work, we have to gain the trust of the client. We do this by explaining what we are doing at every step of the way and by discussing the the pros and cons of the available options.
Often, the option which is best for the client is, in the short term, the least lucrative for WebMakers Inc. But our past experience has proven time and time again that a one time gain cannot compete with the long term success of a well grounded business relationship.
A further goal in our consulting efforts is to make the client less reliant on outside support. We in general achieve this by showing the client how we solve issues and what led us to the conclusions of the problem. By deploying this method of consulting and support, the client is then able to react much faster and is able to increase their productivity in-house.
This in turn then leads to greater success with the client using our services to assist them in their growth. In the end it is a win- win situation for both. | |
